Paper White is one of the four colors we offer with a matte finish. Customers often comment that the matte finish can help hide layer lines. The matte filament is definitely more finicky to print than our normal colors. It requires a lower print temperature than our normal PETG. We wrote a post about printing with our matte filament on the Community Forum.
The other four colors we offer in matte are the Matte Black, Matte Blue, Matte Red, and Matte Olive Green.
Paper White is one of three shades of white we offer. The other two are Cloudy White and Off-White.

California Filament's Paper White is perfect for Lucy's Litho's. Excellent gray scale rendition and always flows perfectly. High quality PETG!

Given this is my first run with this filament, I love it! Prints smooth and clean! This is a 40mm keychain and for being as small as it is the print came out really good!

I am new to California Filament. Having said that, I have found all their filaments ( I have 11 colors so far ) to print great!. They are wound very cleanly on the spool. And they all have printed beautifully. I have a Bambi P1P. My settings have been 230/ 78. Without an enclosure at room temperature. My first layer I set down at 245/78. I am so looking forward to adding more colors. I highly recommend!

Filament was printed after drying for 2 hours at 55 Celsius. Printed in a garage with 70 degree ambient temperature, no air circulation, and a 50 degree dew point. Printed on a Prusa Mk3S+ with the default "generic PETG" settings in PrusaSlicer. Pros: - 0.3 mm layer lines are hidden very well for a PETG filament. - Matte surface lends itself to more "premium-looking" products with no post-processing. Cons: - I am used to cleanly-wound spools of Prusament and Overture PETG. This filament is not cleanly wound, and appeared to have some variability in thickness. - Due to either the matte additive or variability in the filament diameter I was not able to create 3D printed screws that would mesh together. I could screw the parts about halfway together, then they would seize up. I ended up printing all close-fitting mechanical parts using standard PETG and PLA. Overall, this PETG has the best surface finish of any I have printed with. I am using it for 3D-printed bluetooth speakers that can be used outdoors without melting, and it is perfect for this use case.

Really like the Paper White PETG. This will now be my go to for items that have to be visible around the house and need to look nice. It is not glossy like most PETG, and it sands well which will completely hide any layer lines. I also had no issues printing with it.

I use paper-white petg for my litho night lights! Works excellent! Here's Lucy!

Damn near identical to the standard matte White PLA offerings, zero shine even under intense lighting. (Bright white lamp was inches away in the picture) Always hated how shiny petg tended to be, so very happy I found this.

Matte and easy to print. White is def not the easiest to work with but this is my "go to". Needs low temps.

Colour is definitely paper white and the texture is like the heavy pressed cardboard that used to be inside appliance boxes to keep things from moving around. At least for me, I couldn't stop the stringing and fuzz. It's like the prints are covered in cat hair. Still have another roll to go thru so if I can find a good profile I'll update the review.

The paper white worked great for doing lithophane (not sure I spelled that right) photos. Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures of the ones I used this for and gave away… will be making more with it in the near future…

Bought this since your Black PETG is so good I thought I should get some white and use it for some if my prints.

Flawless from the order to the print. When a shipping problem materialized at no fault of CA Filament they responded immediately. Pretty much my main go to guys for PETG.

Loving this filament. The matte finish looks great. Almost all of my customers choose this over the more common shiny finish.

PETG has been my go-to filament for a few years. I've tried other brands, but the consistency of California Filament keeps me coming back.

I used this in two color prints to add numbers and borders. The main part was made with flat black. The two color prints produced crisp, clean and readable numbers. The flat colors look very good.
